1. Who we are

PROTYT provides a B2B search and compliance engine for video catalog operators. This website is a presentation site; it does not host, index or display any video content.

2. What data we collect, and why

The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to submit through the demo request form:

• Your email address — used solely to respond to your demo request and to follow up with you about PROTYT. Legal basis: the steps you request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your email for newsletters or automated marketing, and we never sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

3. Cookies and trackers

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

4. Service providers

• Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) hosts this site. Like any web host, it processes standard technical server logs, which may include your IP address, for security and delivery purposes.
• Formspree, Inc. (USA) technically processes the demo request form and forwards your submission to our mailbox.
• Google Fonts — the site's fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.

These providers act as processors and may involve transfers outside the EU, covered by their respective safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses). See their own privacy policies for details.

5. How long we keep your data

Demo request emails are kept for the duration of our exchange and for at most 3 years after our last contact, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete them at any time before that.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data, and object to its processing. Just write to contact@protyt.com — we answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France: the CNIL, cnil.fr).

7. Changes

If we change this policy, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
